About CCAP
The Climate Change Adaptation Program (CCAP) brought together agricultural organizations, producers, governments and researchers for the development and implementation of collaborative regional adaptation strategies, innovative adaptation action at the farm level, and industry communication. CCAP was funded by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.
